Q: How long does it takes to deliver to my address?
Depending on your location.
For local (Singapore) delivery is about 3-5 working days.
Estimated overseas delivery time frame is about 2-3 weeks excluding any custom delays.

Q: What if I want to back order an out-of-stock item?
For out-of-stock item, please allow us to have 2-3 weeks of producing the items subject to the availability of the materials.
Please note that for wire crafted items, Craft 'N' Such cannot produce an exact replica of the one shown in the photo. If you are interested in wire crafted items, there might be some difference from the original as all wire crafted handicraft are unique on its own.
Q: What if I want to mass order a particular item?
Depending on the availability of the materials and quantity of order. Some items displayed here are time consuming to make so it might takes a longer time to produce them in mass quantity.

Q: What packaging do Craft 'N' Such use?
For earrings, bracelet, necklace and mobile charms, they are packed in coloured string bag. (subject to colour availability - I will try to match the items similar to the string bag)
For watches and full matching set, they are packed in a paper box.
As some items are fragile by nature, Craft 'N' Such shall airmail the parcel with bubble foam to protect the items. Please inform Craft 'N' Such for any defect found on the items within 7 days of receipt.
Q: Is there any Refund Policy or Exchange available?
Craft 'N' Such allows exchange and refunds based on case to case basis we are believe in our motto - "handicraft to satisfaction".
For handicraft that need adjustments made to the length, please kindly contact Craft 'N' Such for details to ship back the item for us to amend. There might be additional handiwork or shipping charges incurred as the result of the exchange.
For case to case refund cases, Craft 'N' Such is regret to inform you that shipping cost are not included in the refunds.
